40: Destroying Terrorists Such as Amalek

"Destroy the memory of Amalek..." (Devarim 25:19)

Although the mitzvah of destroying Amalek cannot be fulfilled today because we do not know who the descendants of Amalek are, we still have a mitzvah to remember and develop the desire to eradicate evil. Then when Eliyahu the Prophet will reveal who the descendants of Amalek are, we will destroy them. May Hashem help us merit his arrival with Mashiach speedily, in our days.
