Chapter 139:11
Chanukah

11. This is our custom regarding the order of lighting the candles. On the first night, one should light the candle on the far right. On the second night, one should add another candle to the left [of the previous night's candle]. Similarly, each night, one should add a candle on the left side. [Each night,] one should begin by lighting the candle one has added, and then continue lighting towards the right.
